Job Description:

• Inspecting, repairing, and maintaining building systems such as HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• Handling tasks assigned through work orders
• Reporting to supervisors overseeing maintenance activities
• Check electrical systems, plumbing lines, and HVAC units regularly to spot problems early.
• Repairs:  Fix broken fixtures, patch drywall, paint walls, and clear clogged drains. 
• Preventative Maintenance:   Perform scheduled upkeep on machinery and building equipment to avoid sudden breakdowns.
• Emergency Response:   Handle urgent issues like water leaks or power failures quickly to reduce damage.
• Record Keeping:   Log completed work orders, track repair supplies, and report major issues to management. 

Qualifications:

• At least vocational graduate.
• Relevant license or certification.  HVAC,  NC II or NC III Tesda Certificate
• At least 5-10 years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician
• Preferably, 30 to 45 years old.   Willing to travel and assigned to out of town projects.
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime.   God fearing personality.
• No smoking and drinking.

Master Electrician

Job Description:

• Installing, repairing, and servicing electrical systems.
• Sourcing or fabricating replacement electrical components.
• Interpreting blueprints and drawing rough sketches when required.
• Drawing up preventative maintenance measures 
• Coordination with supervisor regarding equipment, tools, and materials for projects.
• Testing and troubleshooting systems.
• Providing assistance during emergencies.
• Updating project records and preparing relevant documents and reports to supervisor.
• Knowledge in operation and troubleshooting of standby generator with ATS

Qualifications:

• At least college level.
• Relevant license or certification.  Master electrician, Tesda Certificate
• At least 5-10 years of experience as a Master Electrician.
• Preferably, 30 to 45 years old.   Willing to travel and assigned to out of town projects.
• Willing to work under pressure and overtime.   God fearing personality.
• No smoking and drinking.
